In Bengaluru, Indian IT services leader Infosys has secured a major 10 year strategic agreement with popular US footwear brand Crocs. Industry experts estimate this multi year digital transformation deal to be worth between $200 million and $300 million, which is roughly ₹1,800 crore to ₹2,700 crore. Under this long term partnership, Infosys will deploy its advanced AI first platform, Infosys Topaz, alongside powerful automation tools to completely overhaul and modernise Crocs global IT infrastructure across more than 85 countries.

Currently, Crocs operates across massive international retail markets that require smooth, realtime data management. However, managing separate older computer systems in different countries can slow down business operations. Infosys will solve this problem by uniting all enterprise data into a single modern digital platform. This unification will allow senior leadership at Crocs to gain immediate, insight driven decision making capabilities, streamline core retail workflows, break down operational silos, and significantly lower overhead infrastructure costs.

By replacing outdated legacy software with a scalable and secure digital backbone, Crocs aims to build a strong system that easily adapts to rapidly shifting global consumer trends. For Infosys, securing such a high value, decade long contract highlights India growing dominance in providing cutting edge artificial intelligence and cloud technology solutions to top global brands, bringing tremendous pride and growth to the Indian IT industry.
