In a historic shift tech giant Apple has officially broken its long standing tradition by introducing its very first touchscreen laptops. Ending years of keeping touch controls exclusive to iPhones and iPads Apple unveiled its new ultra premium, "MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR Display", blending high end performance with direct touch interaction.

The landmark announcement introduces 14 inch and 16 inch models equipped with a advanced tandem OLED screen. This allows users to Tap pinch to zoom scroll and draw directly on the display. To make the experience even better Apple has brought the popular Dynamic Island feature from the iPhone over to the Mac giving users easy touch access to Alerts notifications and media controls.

Under the hood these sleek and lighter machines skip standard base chips and come powered by Apple supercharged M5 Pro and M5 Max processors. The laptops also boast up to 24 hours of battery life upgraded Thunderbolt 5 Ports and even bring back the classic glowing Apple logo on the back.

However this cutting edge innovation comes with a heavy price tag. In India the base 14 inch model starts at a staggering ₹349900 while the 16 inch variant starts at ₹409900 making it Apple costliest laptop range yet. Pre orders are already open with official store deliveries starting from November 9.
