Hailing from a small village near Quetta in Balochistan, three young brothers Shoaib, Abdul Rasheed, and Ilyas became known worldwide due to an unbelievable and unprecedented medical mystery. During daylight hours, the boys lived just like any other normal children. They walked to school, played energetic games of cricket, and helped their family with daily chores. However, as twilight approached and darkness fell across their village, their bodies slowly shut down. They completely lost their ability to move, speak, or eat, remaining trapped in a helpless, paralyzed state until the next sunrise arrived.
