In a massive update for the Indian stock market, Reliance Industries digital and telecom arm, Jio Platforms, has officially received approval from SEBI Securities and Exchange Board of India to launch its Initial Public Offering . Market experts believe this could easily become the biggest IPO in India's history.

According to official documents, Jio Platforms plans to raise around ₹37,700 crore through a fresh issue of shares. This means all the money raised will go directly to the company rather than old shareholders selling their stock. Jio plans to use a major portion of these funds around ₹27,500 crore to clear existing debts and expand its operations across the country.

The company serves over 524 million mobile users in India, making it one of the largest telecom operators globally. Backed by tech giants like Google and Meta, Jio has transformed India digital landscape with high speed internet and 5G network rollout.

With SEBI issuing its clearance, the company is now expected to announce the final IPO dates and share price range soon. Everyday retail investors across India are eagerly waiting to buy shares in Mukesh Ambani giant telecom company. This public listing is set to create history and boost the confidence of everyday Indian stock market investors.
