India favorite premium hatchback, the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, has arrived in a brand new avatar. Maruti Suzuki has officially revealed the updated lineup, with introductory prices starting at 5.99 lakh and reaching up to 9.99 lakh ex showroom for the top trim. Available in five broad variants Sigma, Delta, Zeta, Alpha, and Alpha O the new Baleno brings sharper exterior styling, including a revised front grille, refreshed alloy wheels, and a new Enigmatic Teal paint shade.
Under the hood, the hatchback replaces its older four cylinder motor with Maruti new 1.2 litre, 3 cylinder Z Series petrol engine Z12E. Paired with a 5 speed manual or AMT gearbox, the engine delivers exceptional fuel economy, offering up to 24.77 km/l on petrol and an impressive 33.61 km/kg on the factory fitted S CNG version.
