The game has completely changed in MTV Roadies Rebirth Season 21. Gone are the days when contestants advanced purely on physical strength or basic panel votes. This season the show has introduced a multi banking financial economy that turns audition rooms into high stakes auction houses and mental battlegrounds.

At the core of this mind game are two distinct financial pools the Common Bank and the Personal Bank. The Common Bank requires Gang Leaders within the same faction such as the veteran OGs or the dynamic NewGs to spend collective funds on candidates. However spending shared money easily sparks intense internal arguments over contestant value.

To make matters wilder Gang Leaders can use their secret Personal Bank to make independent moves. When a leader uses a Mohar (Seal) it officially locks and protects a contestant. But rival leaders can instantly counter with a Snatch an aggressive move that steals the candidate away at a massive penalty cost. This financial twist forces Gang Leaders to balance bluffing secret alliances and budget management. Physical power is no longer enough in this season masterminding money matters just as much as muscle.
